Project Description
The project was a very high spec double/single storey wrap around extension to provide a large kitchen, reception area and WC. Large master bedroom, walk in wardrobe and ensuite. Patio balcony area.

Our build was a 6 month project and being very invasive involved us moving into temporary rental accommodation. The build was quite challenging, not only because of the structure of the house, but also because the re-design was quite adventurous. We felt comfortable with Atlantic Constructions approach, level of expertise and were particularly impressed at the level of feedback and engagement we had during construction. Atlantic Construction is a family owned firm with the father, Len, heading up the project backed up by a team of people including his three sons, who obviously take great pride and care in their work. The team were punctual and approachable. Not living in the house whilst the work was undertaken was not a problem due to the excellent communication by phone and email. The workmanship of the build, fit and finish is exemplary and demonstrates the high standards set by the company. I have no hesitation in recommending Atlantic Construction to friends and family. They are quite clearly experienced which is a key factor to their success. They’ve done a fantastic job, which is admired by all who visit us. We are thrilled with the beautiful extension which will I’m sure give us many years of enjoyment. It has been a pleasure working with Len and the team who have most definitely left us as friends.
I would be the first to admit of the exceptional high standards I expect of any project that I undertake and Atlantic Construction didn’t fail to deliver. They are rightly proud of the work that they do. Customer satisfaction is a priority at all times. The team are patient and take the time to explain the procedure/process answering any queries we had. They always kept us informed of progress. The plans changed several times during the course of the build and Atlantic Construction certainly go the extra mile in the exceptional service they provide. When we were absent from the property for the duration of the build, the team would ensure that the garden waste bags were placed kerbside for collection. In addition, the post and deliveries were safely stored until our next visit to site. On moving back in we had offers of help to move our furniture and the house was cleaned to a high standard. The team all worked hard often in challenging weather conditions, to ensure that my family could be back home by Christmas to enjoy our beautiful new home. We even spoke to Len over Christmas about a few matters and he was always happy to take our call. Inevitably, being very fussy, I produced a snagging list, which was dealt with courteously, quickly and efficiently.
